Vanilla waffles

Ingredients

For approximately 30 waffles:

250 g butter

250 g granulated sugar

4 eggs

60 ml milk

400 g flour

12 g baking powder

2 packs of vanilla sugar

Recipe

• Soften the butter and stir with the sugar to combine

• Add milk and eggs to the mixture

• Sieve the flour and baking powder and add the vanilla sugar

• Stir everything  quickly until you have a smooth batter

• Let the batter rest for half an hour in the fridge

• Pour two teaspoons of batter into a hot waffle iron and allow to bake gently

• Leave the waffles to cool on a wire rack

 

Ready in 1 hour

Store for one week in an airtight container
